1win Support Ignored My Pending Withdrawal Complaint

I am using the 1win platform from India and on 23/05/2026 I requested a withdrawal of 50,000 from my account. Since that date, the withdrawal has remained in “pending” status for several days and has not been processed. During this period I contacted 1win customer support, but I did not receive a clear or proper response about the reason for the delay or when my funds would be released. This situation is causing serious concern, as a large amount of my money is stuck without any explanation. I request that my pending withdrawal of 50,000 be processed immediately and the funds be credited without any further delay, along with a clear explanation of why this issue occurred so it does not repeat in the future.
