I Deposited R40 Into 1Win but the Funds Never Arrived

I made a deposit of R40 into my 1Win account on 6 June at around 12:26. The money was deducted from my bank account, but it was never credited to my 1Win balance. When I contacted customer support, they kept telling me to wait for 20 minutes, but more than 24 hours have passed and the funds are still not in my account. Your support team asked me for proof of payment, which I provided, and then requested my unedited bank statement showing the deposit, which I also sent. After that, they said they were contacting the manager, but I was told this should take about 2 minutes, and it has taken much longer with no clear update or solution. I am not willing to wait any longer for this issue to be resolved. I request that my missing deposit of R40 be credited to my 1Win balance immediately and that I receive a clear explanation for this delay.
