I made my first deposit to my 1win account, but the money has not been credited yet. On 13 January at about 2:51 a.m., I transferred 1,000 Naira via bank transfer from my Moniepoint account to 1win for my account with ID 344553883. Despite the payment leaving my bank, the balance in my 1win account has not changed. I contacted your customer support regarding this issue, but the response I received was in Korean, which I do not understand, so I could not get any clear information or solution about my missing deposit. Since this is my first deposit, I kindly request that the 1,000 Naira be credited to my 1win account linked to ID 344553883 as soon as possible and that I be given a clear explanation in a language I can understand about what happened with this transaction.
