In the 1win transaction history, both of these withdrawals are shown with a green “Successful” status, and the total amount of $6,640 has been deducted from my internal 1win balance. Despite this, the funds have not arrived in my crypto wallet or in my Cash App account. This situation creates the impression that the platform is marking these withdrawals as completed without actually processing the payments externally. I request that the finance department urgently and manually review these two specific withdrawals, provide valid external transaction IDs (TxID) or proof of transfer for both transactions, and ensure that the total of $6,640 is successfully delivered to my USDC wallet address and my Cash App account without any further delay.
