1win Paid Less Than My 50,000 INR Withdrawal Request

I am writing about a serious issue I experienced with a withdrawal from my 1win account. I requested a bank transfer withdrawal from India on 8 January for an amount of 50,000 INR. However, the full amount has not been credited, and part of the money is missing. My 1win account ID is 64520049. After noticing that the amount was not fully received, I contacted 1win customer support. They only told me to wait 1–7 days, but my concern is that the withdrawal is not matching the amount I requested, and I have not received a clear explanation about where the missing amount went. I request that my withdrawal be reviewed in detail, the missing amount be credited to me as soon as possible, and that I receive a clear explanation of this discrepancy so that I can trust the platform for future transactions.
