Issues While Depositing Money In 1win

I am writing to report serious issues I have faced with deposits made to my 1win account and to request immediate correction and credit of the missing amounts to my balance. On 23 April 2026 at around 5:37 p.m., I deposited 400 rupees to 1win via Google Pay using UPI. The payment was successfully deducted from my bank account and shows as completed in Google Pay with UPI transaction ID 647930562343, to “lakshay shop” (8814065***@mairtel), and Google transaction ID CICAgNiq1saLDw. Despite this, no amount was added to my 1win balance. This is not the first time I have faced this problem. On 25 April 2026 at around 4:55 p.m., I deposited 400 rupees through Google Pay UPI and only 300 rupees were added to my 1win balance. That payment also shows as successful in my statement with UPI transaction ID 611576458487, to “Ravinder K***” (u6788p7***@mairtel), and Google transaction ID CICAgNiasciSPg. In both cases, the money has left my bank account, but it has not been correctly reflected in my 1win account. I contacted your customer support multiple times regarding these issues, but my messages were ignored and my emails have not received any response. This lack of support is very frustrating, especially when real money is involved. I request that you urgently investigate both transactions and immediately correct and credit the missing amounts to my 1win balance, corresponding to the full deposits made via Google Pay UPI on the dates and times stated above. I expect a prompt resolution and a clear explanation of why these deposit failures and discrepancies occurred so that this does not happen again.
