This delay is unacceptable. I contacted live support, and instead of solving the problem, they just stalled and wasted my time.
They asked me for a full one-week transaction history from my Payco account. I explained that I couldn’t provide a PDF and sent clear screenshots instead. Their response? “Wait 1 to 7 days for resolution.” Meanwhile, I’ve made it clear that I urgently need my money, and still, no one seems to care.
