I’ve been a loyal 1win user for years, but after this recent experience, my trust is completely shaken. On April 19th at 6:00 AM, I submitted a withdrawal request of 90,000₺ using my account ID 28026668. The withdrawal was marked as “approved,” but the money never showed up in my bank account.
To prove this, I even provided 1win with an official PDF of my bank transaction history, but instead of resolving the issue, they just told me to keep waiting—with no clear answer or timeline. As if that weren’t enough, another withdrawal I made for 10,000₺ on April 16th at 7:00 AM is also still missing from my account.
It’s completely unacceptable for such large amounts to go missing, especially after years of trusting this platform. There has been no meaningful update, no refund, and no effort to fix the problem. This experience has caused a serious loss of confidence in 1win and its handling of users’ money.
