I am extremely frustrated with 1Win for refusing to process my withdrawal of ₺5500. When I contacted their support team, I was told to email another department, but I haven’t received any response. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

I have lost over ₺10,000 on the platform, yet when it comes to paying out my legitimate winnings, they are refusing to honor the withdrawal. My 1Win user ID is 47832271, and I demand immediate action to process my payment.
