I’ve been waiting for 1win to transfer my money for the past 5 days, and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I reach out to their support team, they just repeat the same message: “Please wait, it’s being processed.” But how long does a simple transfer really take?

This delay is completely unacceptable. I trusted 1win with my funds, and now they’re just stringing me along with vague responses and no clear timeline. I’m not getting any concrete updates or real support—just empty reassurances.

I demand that 1win transfer my money to my account immediately. Stop making excuses and resolve this issue right away. Your lack of transparency and support is unacceptable.

My withdrawal request is still pending with the 1win team and they have been stalling me for 9 days. They are not offering a solution. I want my grievance to be resolved and my withdrawal request to be completed. I also want compensation for this. And I want them to hurry while doing this, I do not want to wait.

I requested a withdrawal of 450 TL via the Paratim method on 1win. Even though 9 days have passed, the payment has still not been made, and in every communication I am only told to wait, without being offered a clear solution. I have not received any positive feedback or satisfactory explanation during this process.

Since this is the first time I have experienced such a problem, I have not had a similar experience before. My membership number: 323730771. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my grievance be addressed.
