On October 25, 2025, at 1:16 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of $118 USD from the 1win platform to my Enpara bank account via bank transfer. It has now been six days, yet the payment has still not arrived, even though the transaction status shows “successful” in the system.
I have used this same withdrawal method before, and that time, the transfer was completed within two hours.
I have contacted 1win customer support multiple times, but each time I was told only to “wait,” with the explanation that withdrawals may take between one and seven days. My account has no pending verification requirements, rollover obligations, or restrictions — there are no other issues that could delay this payment.

I request that this issue be resolved immediately, and that my $118 USD withdrawal be transferred to my Enpara account as soon as possible. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and loss of trust.
