I Need Ome Tv Chat Platform Ban Reviewed and Removed

I have been using an online chat platform intended for meeting people, but since 2022 I have been banned from entering the chat and I do not know the reason for this restriction. Every time I try to access the chat, I receive information that I am banned and I cannot use the service at all. I have not received any explanation about what rule I may have broken or why this decision was taken, and I have not contacted support so far because I did not know how to resolve the situation. With this complaint, I kindly request that my ban be completely removed and that my access to the chat platform be restored so I can use the service again.
