I Need a Refund for Unauthorized Walkfit Subscription Charges
I started a 1‑month trial of the Walkfit walking plan approximately 1–3 months ago. I clearly only intended to use and pay for the 1‑month trial and did not give permission for the plan to continue beyond that period. Shortly after starting, I realised the program was not suitable for me and believed I had cancelled it right away. I did not want the plan to continue and did not authorize any additional months or recurring subscription. Recently, my bank informed me that Walkfit attempted to charge my account twice for $89.95 each time. This amount and any repeated attempts are completely unexpected and unauthorized, as I only agreed to a single 1‑month trial. I have not been able to find how to contact Walkfit directly about this issue, so I am starting my complaint here. I am requesting that my Walkfit subscription be fully cancelled immediately and that any charges beyond the original 1‑month trial be refunded. I also ask that no further attempts be made to charge my account, as I do not wish to continue with this service.
