I Face an Unfair 1win Account Block After Winning and Requesting a Withdrawal

I had my 1win account, registered with the email address skshailendra***@gmail.com, unfairly blocked right after a winning session and a withdrawal request. Last night, while I was playing, I won and requested a withdrawal of 10,500 INR. At that moment, I still had about 8,000 INR remaining in my game balance. Shortly after making the withdrawal request, my account was suddenly blocked and I lost access to both the withdrawal and the remaining balance. All the deposits made into this account have always been paid from my own personal account, and I can provide full proof of every deposit if necessary. I have already completed and submitted video KYC to verify my identity, so the company has my verification on file. I contacted 1win customer support to understand what happened. They replied that, after a “comprehensive check,” my account allegedly violated clause 12.8 of their Site Usage Rules, mentioning things like multi‑accounting, use of software to automate bets, arbitrage play, or abuse of loyalty programs, and that my account was therefore blocked and cannot be restored. They did not provide any specific or concrete evidence of what exactly I supposedly did, nor any detailed explanation related to my particular account or bets. They also warned that any new account I create will be blocked without notice. I strongly reject these accusations, as I have not engaged in any fraudulent activity and only used my account for normal gameplay. I request that my account be unblocked, that my withdrawal of 10,500 INR be processed, and that the remaining balance of approximately 8,000 INR in my account be fully paid to me. I also expect a clear, detailed explanation based on my actual gameplay records and deposit history, rather than general references to their rules.
