Amazon Keeps Shipping Canceled Subscribe and Save Items


I am writing regarding unwanted subscription shipments I continue to receive from Amazon despite cancelling them in my account. Specifically, I keep receiving Orgain Vanilla Bean protein powder (34.4 oz) and Eclipse gum in the large 180-piece containers (Winterfrost and Spearmint). I previously cancelled the automatic subscriptions for these items, and when I check my Amazon account, all of these subscriptions are clearly marked as cancelled. However, I still received another shipment of the Orgain Vanilla Bean protein powder yesterday. As far as I can tell, I must have been charged for these products, but this charge is not showing up clearly in my account, which is very confusing. I request that Amazon permanently stop all future shipments of these items that were supposed to be cancelled and ensure that there are no further charges related to these cancelled subscriptions. I would also like my account to be checked to confirm that no hidden or duplicate subscriptions remain active without my knowledge.
