1win Account Blocked After Verification With Balance Inaccessible

I am writing about my 1win account linked to the email address rajuvarm***[email protected] Account ID: 363593***,which was suddenly blocked on 7 June at around 12:00 right after I completed the verification process. When I now try to log in to the casino and sports betting section of the platform, the system only shows the message “account blocked”.  After this happened, I contacted 1win support and received a reply stating that my account was permanently blocked under clause 12.8 of the Site Usage Rules for alleged fraudulent actions such as multi‑accounting, software use, or similar reasons. I clearly state that I have not engaged in any fraudulent activity, I have not used any software to automate bets, I have not abused any loyalty programs, and I have not used more than one account or re‑registered with other details. This is my only 1win account, accessed from India, and I only used it in a normal way for casino and sports gambling. At the time my account was blocked, there was a balance of 270000 in it. I also contacted the security department via the email address provided to me, but I have not received any response so far, and my account remains blocked without any detailed explanation or proof of the alleged violation. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again in a fair and transparent manner and that my balance of 270000 be returned to me as soon as possible. I expect 1win to either restore my access or, at a minimum, refund my funds, since I firmly deny any breach of your rules and have not been shown any concrete evidence of wrongdoing.
