BDG Games Locked My Account After I Logged In From a New Device
I am writing regarding my BDG Games account, which was locked after I tried logging in from a new device yesterday at around 10:00 pm. Since then, I have been unable to access my account and would like this situation to be resolved as soon as possible. My BDG Games account is linked to the mobile number 6260305192. When I contacted your customer support, I received a response stating: “For security reasons, we cannot assist request that belongs to another person. The account owner must submit the request themselves so we can provide assistance.” I am the actual owner of this account, and I am contacting you personally to request help. I kindly request that you verify my ownership through the mobile number linked to the account and any other necessary security checks, and then unlock my account so that I can regain access. I expect my account to be restored and available for normal use again.
