1win Failed to Credit My ₹28,500 in PhonePe Deposits

I made three separate deposits of 9,500 Rs each, totaling 28,500 Rs, to my 1win bet account on 31/05/26 via PhonePe. The money was deducted from my PhonePe balance each time, but the total amount of 28,500 Rs has still not been credited to the deposit section of my 1win bet account. I reached out to 1win bet customer support about this issue, but they have not replied to me and my problem remains unresolved. I request that the total amount of 28,500 Rs be immediately and correctly credited to the deposit section of my 1win bet account, or that an appropriate solution be provided without any further delay.
