Umingle Banned My Account After Someone Else Used My Phone


My Umingle account on the web platform was banned today. The ban appears to have been triggered because my friend used my mobile phone and searched using gender filters, which seems to have violated the platform rules unintentionally. I did not knowingly try to misuse the service, and the situation occurred due to my friend’s actions on my device. After my account was banned, I contacted Umingle support, but I have not received any response so far. Since I can no longer log in, I unfortunately do not have access to my exact user ID from inside the account, but the banned account is linked to my device and was active until today. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again and the ban be removed, as this was an unintentional mistake caused by a third person using my phone. I would like to continue using the platform and will be more careful about who uses my device and how it is used.
