I Face 1win Account Restricted And Cannot Access My Deposit

I created an account on 1win Bet from Nigeria and deposited a total of ₦5,000. On March 7, 2026, my account was suddenly restricted due to an alleged age-related issue.

After the restriction, I was no longer able to use my account or access my funds. I contacted 1win Bet customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response, and my situation remains unresolved.

I request that the ₦5,000 I deposited into my restricted account be refunded to me as soon as possible.
