I have been regularly purchasing Hipp Stage 3 baby formula for about three years and have never experienced any issues until the last product I bought.
On the evening of April 5, I purchased Hipp Stage 3 baby formula from the E-bebek Bursa Nilüfer Görükle store and used it for one day. The product had an extremely unpleasant odor, similar to a rotten or fish-like smell, and my child refused to drink it.
After consuming this formula, my child experienced nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. This situation caused us serious concern, especially since this is a product we have trusted and used for years without any prior issues.
I have the e-invoice dated April 4, 2026, and can provide it if needed. Due to this negative experience, I request a full refund for the Hipp Stage 3 baby formula I purchased from E-bebek. I also expect the product to be thoroughly examined and proper quality control checks to be carried out to prevent other families from experiencing similar issues.
