Litmatch Device Ban Prevents Me From Accessing My Account on Samsung

I am using a Samsung Android device, and for approximately one month my device has been completely blocked from accessing the Litmatch application.
Whenever I try to log in, I am unable to access my account because the device itself appears to be banned. Before this issue occurred, I had an active Litmatch account with the username “Omar” and was able to use the application normally without any problems.
Since the device ban was applied, I have not been able to access Litmatch in any way from my phone. I have attempted to resolve the issue on my own and have also tried to seek assistance through available support channels, but I have not received a solution.
What makes the situation particularly frustrating is that I do not know the reason for the device ban. No clear explanation has been provided, leaving me unable to understand why my Samsung Android device was restricted from using the platform.
I kindly request that Litmatch review my case, investigate the reason for the device restriction, and remove the device ban from my Samsung Android phone. I would like to regain access to my account “Omar” and be able to use the Litmatch application normally again as soon as possible.
I would also appreciate a clear explanation regarding the reason for the restriction so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
