Parimatch Aadhaar Verification Failed and Blocked My Bank Withdrawals

I am writing regarding a problem I am experiencing on my Parimatch account with Aadhaar verification and the bank transfer withdrawal method. The bank transfer option is not available for me because my Aadhaar is not getting verified on the platform. When I try to verify my Aadhaar on Parimatch, the process does not complete and my Aadhaar is not verified, so I cannot use banking / bank transfer as a withdrawal method. This issue has been ongoing and is still not resolved. I have already contacted Parimatch customer support about this situation, but despite that, my Aadhaar still remains unverified and the bank transfer option is still not available. I request that my Aadhaar be verified correctly on my Parimatch account so that the banking / bank transfer withdrawal method can be enabled and I can withdraw my funds without any further problems. My Parimatch account details (such as my account ID, registered phone number and/or email) can be shared for verification when needed through secure channels. I kindly ask you to review my account, complete my Aadhaar verification and activate the bank transfer withdrawal option as soon as possible.
