Stradivarius Store Manager Refused My Return for a Defective T-Shirt

On June 2, 2026, I visited the Stradivarius Meydan AVM store to return a Gathered Texture T-Shirt that I had purchased on May 21, 2026. The reason for the return was that the item was defective.
Although I had only tried the product on at home and had never actually worn it, the store manager, A**** B****, repeatedly insisted that I had worn the item and claimed that there was no defect. Based on these claims, the manager refused to accept the return.
Despite clearly explaining that I had not worn the product and that it contained a manufacturing defect, I was treated as though I was being dishonest. The manager’s attitude was dismissive, accusatory, and extremely rude. I found this approach both upsetting and unprofessional.
I also spoke with the cashier and experienced a similar attitude. However, I would particularly like to emphasize my dissatisfaction with the conduct and behavior of the store manager, A**** B****, who was primarily responsible for handling the situation.
The purchase was paid for by card, and I still have the original receipt in my possession. I request that Stradivarius investigate the behavior, communication style, and handling of this incident by A**** B****. I also ask that appropriate measures be taken to ensure that other customers do not experience similar treatment when attempting to exercise their consumer rights regarding defective products.
