1win Failed to Credit My R200 Deposit From Capitec Bank


I recently deposited R200 into my 1win account using my Capitec bank card on 31 May 2026 at around 01:56. The money was successfully deducted from my Capitec account, and I have a proof of payment and transaction reference, but my 1win account balance still shows 0. Since the payment has gone off from my bank and the funds have not been reflected in my 1win balance, I kindly request that this deposit be investigated and that the R200 be credited to my 1win account as soon as possible, using the transaction details that I can provide if needed.
