Today, I discovered that my 1win account had been accessed by an unknown individual without my permission. This person obtained my account details, including my email address, phone number, and account ID, and proceeded to change the registered email address, phone number, and password without my consent. My account details are as follows: • Account ID: 338469*** • Original Registered Email: mdkd***[email protected] • Original Registered Phone Number: +91 6361452*** When I attempted to log in, I encountered an error message stating: “Invalid data, please try again or click forgot password.” This indicates that my login credentials have been altered, and I no longer have access to my account. As a result of these unauthorized changes, I have suffered a financial loss of ₹48,072 from my account. This is extremely serious and unacceptable. I have already contacted 1win customer support and clearly informed them that my email address and phone number were changed and that my account balance was missing. However, I have not received any proper resolution or effective support so far. At this point, I am unable to take any recovery steps through standard methods because all account recovery options have been altered. However, I still retain my original account details, including my registered email, phone number, and account ID, which can be used to verify my ownership. I strongly request the following actions to be taken immediately: • Restore my account access to the original email and phone number • Verify my identity using my original registration details • Conduct a full investigation into the unauthorized changes • Provide complete details of all changes and transactions made after the account was accessed by the other individual • Refund my lost balance of ₹48,072 • Reverse or cancel any unauthorized transactions carried out This is a critical issue involving both account security and financial loss. Additional Update to My Complaint I would like to provide an important update regarding my account issue. I was able to regain access to my account by resetting the password using my phone number. However, upon logging in, I found that my account balance was only ₹0.30. It is evident that an amount of ₹48,080 has been withdrawn from my account through IMPS without my authorization at 10:19 PM 3 april 2026 This confirms that unauthorized transactions were carried out after my account details were changed. I request you to urgently investigate these transactions and take immediate action to recover the withdrawn amount. I expect a prompt resolution on this matter.
