Account Disabled Immediately After Winning A 12k Jackpot

I am submitting this complaint because I have been completely locked out of my account right after a major win. My account ID is 9912**** and my registered email is josh****@gmail.com. Last night at exactly 3:15 AM, I hit a 12k jackpot. I was obviously excited, but when I tried to log back in today, I was hit with an "account disabled" error message. This is highly suspicious and completely unacceptable. I am a high-volume player and have deposited over 40k into this platform this month alone. It is incredibly frustrating to be blocked the second I actually get a significant payout. To make the situation even more stressful, the customer support has been terrible. I managed to open a live chat to find out what was going on with my status. After I explained about the jackpot and the disabled account, the operator just typed "Hello. One moment" and then completely vanished. I sat there for over ten minutes waiting for an explanation, sending multiple follow-up messages, but I was totally ghosted. My patience is completely gone. I demand that a senior manager manually reviews my profile today, removes this unjustified block, and makes my 12k winnings available for withdrawal immediately.
