I am reporting a missing crypto deposit on my Binance account with ID 382***. On June 22, 2026, at 11:30, I transferred 2,500.00 USDT to my account. The transaction status is clearly marked as “Completed” from my sender address (Tx8bN2q...mKpL9). However, my platform balance still remains at zero and the funds are not visible in my account. I contacted live chat support about this issue, but I am only receiving automated replies and no real assistance or clarification. This situation is unacceptable, as the transaction is completed on the blockchain yet my Binance balance has not been updated. I demand that the finance department urgently and manually verify this transfer linked to Tx8bN2q...mKpL9 and immediately credit my missing 2,500 USDT to my account. I also expect a clear explanation of why this delay occurred and written confirmation once the funds have been fully credited.
