Dear friends, I want to share with you that 1win is an untrustworthy site. Look at the necessary pictures and bank documents I'm sharing; you can see them for yourself. This clearly shows how deceptive the site is. I made deposits and won some money, but they never paid me. I tried every possible way, but it was all canceled. The live support team is unhelpful and asks you to send an email. I sent an email and didn't receive a response for a month and a half. They claim to respond within 14 business days, but I've emailed them two to three times every week with no one attending to my issue. They blocked me on Telegram and ignored my messages on Instagram and Twitter. Even though I experienced losses and should have received loss bonuses, they weren't given. They have a so-called casino and sports bonus system, but it's a lie. If you have a weekly loss of 36,000 TL, they supposedly give you 6% of that as a bonus, but that's also false. Do not trust this site. If 1win officials don't address my concerns, I will share this complaint everywhere. If you're reading this, know that 1win has made no effort to resolve my issue.
