1winbharat Withdrawal Delay, ₹5,000 Bank Transfer Stuck in Processing
I have a serious issue with my 1winbharat account regarding a bank transfer withdrawal that has been stuck in processing status for days without any proper response. On 29th November at around 5:28 p.m., I requested a withdrawal of 5,000 rs via bank transfer from my 1winbharat account. Since then, the withdrawal has continuously shown as “processing” and the money has not been credited to my bank account. My account ID is 8149046 and the ticket number for this issue is PMNT-3992770. I have contacted 1winbharat customer support more than 500 times through text, and every single time I was told that my withdrawal is “under review”, without any clear explanation, resolution, or time frame. I have successfully withdrawn from 1winbharat before, so this delay and lack of transparency in this particular transaction is very troubling. I request a clear written explanation from 1winbharat about why my 5,000 rs withdrawal from 29th November is still in processing status, what exactly is causing the delay, and when it will be resolved. I expect this matter to be investigated properly and a detailed response to be provided to me as soon as possible.
