A few days ago, I transferred approximately 400 XRP from my Binance account directly to the XRP deposit address provided in the 1win cashier for my account (ID: 8810293). The transaction was confirmed on the blockchain within seconds, and the blockchain explorer clearly shows that the funds were successfully sent and are now in the wallet belonging to 1win.
Despite this, my 1win casino balance remains at zero, and the deposit has not been reflected in my account. As soon as I noticed this, I contacted 1win support and provided the transaction hash (TxID), along with screenshots confirming the successful withdrawal from Binance and the confirmed blockchain transaction.
However, for the past four days, I have only been told that the issue is “under review,” without any concrete progress, explanation, or resolution. This situation is extremely stressful and unacceptable, especially since cryptocurrency transactions like XRP are typically instant and fully traceable.
It appears that my funds are stuck due to a technical or internal issue on 1win’s side, and I am very concerned about potentially losing this money due to a system error.
I request that my missing deposit of approximately 400 XRP be urgently located and immediately credited to my 1win account (ID: 8810293) without further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation of what caused this issue and why it has taken several days despite providing all necessary transaction details.
I kindly ask that this matter be treated as urgent and resolved as quickly as possible to prevent further stress or financial loss.
