1win Has Not Given Me My Withrawal - They Always Reject It

I’ve been a user of 1win and made a 300 cedis withdrawal request about 2–3 days ago. The transaction shows as approved in my account, but the money has not been credited to my bank account. When I reached out to support after waiting 48 hours (as instructed), they told me to wait longer. After three full days with no payment, I contacted support again. This time, they asked me to submit my bank account transaction history, which I did immediately. However, after providing the proof, the live support team went completely silent—no response, no solution. It's completely unacceptable for a platform of 1win’s scale to leave users in the dark, especially when funds are involved. The transaction is still marked as “approved,” but no money was ever received. I even have screenshots to prove it.
