1win Withdrawal Pending Since June 5 With No Payment to Bank Account
I initiated a withdrawal of ₹16,000 from my 1win wallet to my Axis Bank account on 5 June 2026. However, as of today, the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. My 1win ID is 92161***. Since the withdrawal date, I have been contacting 1win customer support every day regarding this issue. Each time, I am only told that the specialists are working on it, but I have not received any clear explanation, resolution, or timeline, and the money remains missing. I request that my ₹16,000 be immediately credited to my Axis Bank account without any further delay, or that a concrete and prompt solution be provided so that I can access my funds.
