1win Blocked My Account After ₦1,400,000 Withdrawal Request

I am writing regarding a serious issue I experienced with 1win in connection with a withdrawal request and the subsequent blocking of my account. My account ID is 353637407. On April 14, 2026, from Nigeria, I requested my first withdrawal in the amount of ₦1,400,000 via bank transfer. Instead of processing the request, 1win canceled the withdrawal and then blocked my account.
This account had been active for about a month and was progressing toward VIP status, as I had been actively playing both sportsbook and casino games. I was even contacted by an account representative due to my activity level, which makes the sudden cancellation and account block even more unexpected and concerning.
When I contacted customer support, I was told that I had allegedly violated the Terms and Conditions. However, I clearly stated that I had not violated any rules and asked them to specify exactly which rule I supposedly broke. Despite this, no clear explanation or evidence has been provided, and my account remains blocked.
My account manager directed me to the security department for clarification. I have already sent emails to them, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and leaves me without any clarity.
At the time my account was blocked, it also had an approximate balance of ₦2,100,000. I find it unacceptable that such a significant amount is being withheld without any proven violation or transparent explanation.
I request that 1win either process my withdrawal of ₦1,400,000 and restore my account with the remaining balance of approximately ₦2,100,000, or alternatively refund the full amount currently held in my account. I expect a clear written explanation, a transparent review of my case, and a prompt resolution.

But this is completely wrong. I followed up with both my manager and the security team, and there has been no feedback from the security team for over 24 hours. There has been no clear explanation of which rule I supposedly violated—nothing.
