1win Withdrawal Not Received

I am writing regarding an issue with my withdrawals from my 1win account to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. On 11 June at around 2:45 p.m., I requested a withdrawal of ₹1,700, which is showing as successfully withdrawn in my 1win account, but the money has still not been credited to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account even after more than 24 hours. I also made a second withdrawal request of ₹1,200, which has been in a pending status for about 5 hours. This is my first time withdrawing from 1win to this bank account, although deposits using the same account have gone through successfully. I contacted 1win customer support and was first told to wait for 24 hours for the money to be credited. After 24 hours passed and the amount was still not received, I contacted them again, and they only told me to wait up to 72 hours, without giving a clear explanation of the delay while the transaction is already marked as successful on their side. I request that 1win urgently processes and completes both of my withdrawals so that the amounts of ₹1,700 and ₹1,200 are credited to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account without any further delay, or that they provide a clear and provable explanation and an immediate solution if there is a problem with the transaction.
