1Win Withdrawal Pending for Over 72 Hours With No Payment Update

I have been facing an unresolved withdrawal delay issue with my 1Win account. My Account ID is 320007278 and my Appeal Request Number is SPP-416997. On 31 May 2026 at 11:28 PM, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₹9,900 via bank transfer to my Kotak savings account. Since that time, the withdrawal status has remained pending and the amount is no longer visible in my 1Win wallet balance. I contact 1Win customer support daily regarding this same withdrawal, but I only receive the same standard response that my request is “In progress” due to additional processing and verification checks on the payment system side. They keep stating that the standard processing time is up to 24 hours and that the request will be checked again if it exceeds that period, but despite more than 72 hours passing, there has been no real update and no clear timeline for when my withdrawal will actually be completed. I request that this ₹9,900 withdrawal to my Kotak savings account be processed and credited to my bank as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear and final resolution for this delay that has lasted well beyond the stated 24‑hour timeframe.
