1win Withdrawal Nightmare! Funds Stuck in Processing, Unresponsive Support

I've made numerous deposits into my 1win account, and when it comes to deposits, the money is transferred instantly. However, when it comes to withdrawals, it takes them 2-3 days. My withdrawal is in processing for a few days now, and the funds still haven't been transferred. I've reached out to their support team multiple times and even emailed their Gmail account, but there has been no response or any sign that they care. I don't understand. If you claim to be such a big platform, why can't you process even small amounts promptly? If you can't handle it, just shut down the site and leave.... My account ID is 63236344.
