1win Winnings Blocked by VIP Error - Demanding Extra Deposits!
Two weeks ago, I won $10,368 on 1win and have been trying to withdraw my winnings ever since. After many emails with the chat support team, I was informed that upper management had authorized a one-time manual withdrawal, but it didn’t work. Then I was told I needed to deposit $50 in a single payment to enable the withdrawal. Because of transaction fees, it took me three deposits to meet this requirement, and after that, my account was verified. When I tried to withdraw again, they asked for another $100, saying I could withdraw afterward, but a new error appeared requesting $334. I’m on a disability pension and have already deposited nearly $500 AUD, and now they’re asking for another $570 AUD to process the withdrawal. Even though upper management said they fixed the VIP requirement, the same VIP error keeps blocking my withdrawal. The chat team has been very kind and made several requests to upper management, but there has been no update for over a week. Please help me resolve this issue.
