I am a VIP client of 1win. On December 21, a call with a personal manager was scheduled for the afternoon. I freed up time in advance and adjusted my schedule; however, at the appointed moment, the call did not take place. At the same time, I did not receive any notification about cancellation or postponement, nor any explanation afterwards. As a result, personal time was lost, and expectations from VIP service were not met. Additionally, I contacted the support service, but I have not received a response at the moment.
