I’m a VIP member on 1win betting site, and my user ID is 311836512. On July 24, I deposited ₺80,000 into my account and shortly after requested a withdrawal of ₺162,000. It’s now been over 15 hours, and my withdrawal is still pending. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially for a VIP player.
When I contacted support and asked them to cancel the withdrawal so I could continue playing, they refused. Their only response is: “We’re waiting for a reply from the payment provider.” That’s the same excuse I’ve been hearing for over 15 hours, along with repeated, useless shortcut links that lead nowhere.
The support team is completely unhelpful, and their responses feel like they’re copied and pasted. To make matters worse, the platform offers no bonuses—we're playing only with our own money, and even then, we can't access it when needed.
This experience has been frustrating and has shaken my trust in 1win. If this is how VIP users are treated, I can’t imagine how regular users are handled. I demand immediate resolution of my withdrawal or the ability to cancel it. Enough with the delays—1win needs to fix this now.
