During this entire period I have repeatedly contacted your support chat to ask who my VIP manager is and how I can reach them. Each time I am told that a VIP manager will contact me, but until now no one has reached out to me and I have not received any VIP bonuses, even though I have played and deposited a significant amount over a long time.
