1Win VIP Manager Misled Deposits With Denied Or Changed Bonus Offers

I am submitting a complaint regarding 1Win due to repeated misleading and deceptive behavior by my assigned VIP Manager in relation to bonus offers on my account. For about the last month, and in practice almost every day, the same pattern has occurred more than 10 times. The VIP Manager sends me a written message confirming that a specific deposit bonus is active, such as “deposit X amount to receive a 10% bonus.” Relying on this written confirmation, I proceed to deposit funds. After the deposit is completed, the VIP Manager then either claims the offer was sent “by mistake,” deletes the message and denies sending it, or changes the bonus conditions after the deposit has already been made. In one example, after I deposited the amount stated in the offer, I was suddenly told I must deposit six times more to receive the bonus. This is not a single misunderstanding but a repeated pattern of post‑deposit denial or modification of written commitments. I am located in India and make my deposits in my local currency, and in total I have deposited approximately 2,000,000 based on such confirmations. On a couple of occasions I did receive a bonus from this VIP Manager, but in all of the disputed cases described here the promised bonuses were later denied, messages disappeared, or the terms were changed after my money was already credited. I have contacted 1Win’s general support multiple times via chat and calls, clearly explaining that this is an issue of misrepresentation, not simply a delay or lack of response. I have shared screenshots, timestamps, and chat logs as evidence. However, the replies from support have been limited to generic phrases such as “request has been raised,” “VIP Manager will collaborate with you,” and “VIP Manager will contact you.” No concrete investigation result, explanation, or corrective action has been provided, and they have not referred me to any specific terms and conditions which would justify this conduct. This situation is serious because deposits were made only after written bonus confirmations, the offers were then denied after the funds were credited, messages were deleted or denied, and conditions were changed after the fact. As a customer, this feels unethical, misleading, and unfair. I request an independent review of the VIP Manager’s conduct, appropriate accountability and corrective action, and a clear assurance that written bonus confirmations will be honored going forward.

Thanks for the help. I believe someone from your team has taken note of this, which is why one bonus was credited to my account. However, the VIP manager has misled me more than 8 times over the past few days. I believe the proper resolution would be to receive all the bonuses that were promised. Kindly provide the cashback for all of them, as promised.

Look, I do have an ongoing issue of 24987 withdrawal, and if you can, then please help me with that.. Your team has jacked me up in a loop. 1. I complain that I have not received the money 2. They ask for bank communication and an updated bank statement 3. They raised the ticket 4. They make me wait for 1 week 5. Then close the ticket saying money is sent and share the UTR number 6. I complain that I have not received the money And the loop gets repeated. This happened 4 times already. What's the solution to this? Pls help.
