1win UPI Deposit Marked Cancelled Despite Successful Google Pay Payment
I am writing to report an issue with a deposit I made to my 1win account which has still not been resolved. On the 15th of this month, I deposited 4,500 from India via UPI using Google Pay into my 1win account with ID 367560***. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but on 1win it shows the transaction as cancelled and the money has not been added to my balance. It has now been 3–4 days since the transaction and the situation remains the same. I contacted 1win customer support multiple times, but each time I received the same repeated response that they are “working on it” without any clear solution, time frame, or proper explanation. This has been very frustrating, as my money is stuck and I am not getting any concrete update. I request that my 4,500, which was deducted from my bank account, be either immediately credited to my 1win balance or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why the transaction was cancelled on your system despite the successful debit from my bank.
