Samsung One UI Update Breaks Screen Lock Password on Galaxy A33
After installing an update that came through on June 5, 2026, my Samsung A33 stopped accepting my screen lock and keeps rejecting my password as if it's wrong, leaving me completely locked out of my phone. I was using the exact same password without any issues before the update — the problem appeared entirely after the update installed, and I currently have no way to access my device.I purchased the phone from Vatan Bilgisayar and still have the receipt. I tried booting the device in safe mode as well, but the problem persisted. I haven't taken any further steps because I absolutely do not want the data on my phone to be wiped. The phone contains photos, files, and personal information that are very important to me.I'm requesting that this screen lock issue — which was caused directly by the update — be resolved through a software fix without deleting any data on my device. If necessary, I expect an urgent and permanent solution through authorized service or remote support, so that I can regain access to my phone without any data loss.
