I am writing regarding a problem with my deposit on 1win. My 1win account ID is 363977***. On 16-05-2026, I made a deposit of 2,000 Rs via UPI. The payment was successful on my side and the amount was debited from my UPI account, but in my 1win account the transaction is shown as cancelled and the money has not been credited to my balance. I am using 1win from India and I immediately contacted 1win support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. As a result, my money is stuck even though the payment was successful. I request that my deposit of 2,000 Rs made on 16-05-2026 via UPI be checked for the account and either credited to my 1win balance or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why a successful payment on my side is shown as cancelled in your system.
