1win Suspended My Account and Refuses to Explain Why


I am a user of the 1win platform and my account with ID 44106876 was suddenly suspended three days ago without any explanation. When I try to log in, the system only shows “user blocked” and provides no further information about the reason. This suspension happened during normal use while I was simply trying to access my account. I have contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue but so far I have not received any response or clarification. I request that my 1win account be urgently reviewed and reactivated, that I receive a clear and detailed written explanation of why my account was blocked, and that I be allowed to withdraw any balance in my account without further unjustified restrictions. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and to be informed promptly about the outcome.
