On November 21 at 22:52, I deposited $100 into my 1win account via bank transfer. Although the amount was deducted from my bank account, it was neither credited to my 1win account nor refunded to me.
I contacted live support regarding the issue, and each time I was simply told to “wait 24 hours.” However, even after the stated time passed, the funds were not added to my account, nor was any refund issued.
Because of this situation, I strongly advise others not to play on this site. To resolve my issue, I request that the $100 be credited to my 1win account in full or refunded to my bank account without delay.
