I am writing regarding my 1win account with ID 87603***. On 30 November, I won 1 Bitcoin on the 1win Spin Wheel feature, but this winning has not been credited to my account balance. As soon as I noticed that the Bitcoin was not added, I contacted support through the casino section of the app. Instead of resolving the issue, they asked me for a screenshot of the winning. However, there is no transaction history or record in my account for this win, so I cannot provide a screenshot of something the system itself failed to record. This situation is very upsetting, especially considering that I have deposited almost 300,000 on your platform and have placed my trust in your games and services. I kindly request that you urgently review my account, check the result of the 1win Spin Wheel for user ID 87603*** on 30 November, and credit the 1 Bitcoin that I legitimately won. If for any reason you believe this cannot be done, I expect a clear and detailed written explanation based on your system logs. I want this issue resolved fairly and as quickly as possible.
