As you stated in your July 23 update that I won only 10 1win coins, I would like to clarify that all confirmations of my Bitcoin win were communicated after July 23. This was confirmed without any doubt, as clearly shown in the attached evidence, where numerous 1win chat support agents and my former personal manager Diksha officially confirmed my Bitcoin win. Agents including Aarya, Anisha, Marina, and James have recently and formally confirmed this, with clear names, dates, and times recorded after the July 23 update. If needed, I can also provide screen recordings showing the full process, from logging into the website to receiving confirmation from support agents. If I had only won 10 1win coins, there would be no explanation for 39 official confirmations of a Bitcoin win. Even after the July 23 update, I was told 19 times, including by my personal manager Diksha, that all reviews were complete, no further proof was required, and that the BTC win was confirmed and pending credit. I hold documented evidence of all confirmations, including agent names, dates, and explicit promises. Misinformation may occur once or twice, but not 39 times, including confirmations from five official agents, VIP support, and a VIP manager assigned to my account, who also confirmed the Bitcoin win after July 23. You stated that chat support agents are trained to provide accurate information, so I ask that you act accordingly and do not attempt to mislead me. Please review the attached PDF evidence and respond directly to the confirmations issued by the 1win team, resolve this matter publicly and promptly, and note that this situation constitutes a violation of Articles 11, 12, and 13 of the Curaçao Gaming License Authority guidelines, as detailed in the attached draft complaint and supporting proofs.
