1win Shows Withdrawal Successful But No SBI Credit

I made a withdrawal request of 18,500 INR from my 1win account on 8 May 2026 via bank transfer to my State Bank of India account. In the 1win application this withdrawal is shown as “successful”, however the money has still not been credited to my bank account. After noticing that the funds had not arrived, I contacted 1win customer support. They informed me that the process would take up to 72 hours. Despite this, the support ticket has now been marked as completed, yet I still have not received the 18,500 INR in my SBI account. I request that my withdrawal either be credited to my SBI bank account without any further delay or that 1win clearly explains where my money is and resolves this issue immediately.

No money has been credited to my bank account, and I have already shared proof through the bank statement screenshot. Your support team is also not providing any UTR/transaction reference number. Without a UTR number, how can you confirm that the payment was successfully processed?
